Shipping

Dental Diamond Depot is committed to keeping your costs low - including shipping. We ship all orders via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS service. Orders will be charged $5.99 per order.

Overnight and other special delivery arrangements may be subject to additional charges and freight fees.

Need your order shipped ASAP? All orders placed before 3:00pm Pacific time will ship the same day they are ordered.

Returns

It's easy to make returns to Dental Diamond Depot for credit or exchange when necessary. Just follow these easy steps:

1. Contact one of our Customer Service Representatives at (844) 333-2877, (844) DDD-BURS, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time to arrange for a Return Authorization within 30 days of purchase.
2. Customer Service will process the Return Authorization and generate a UPS Return Label.
3. The UPS Return Label will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
4. Apply the UPS Return Label to the outside of the box containing the item(s) you are returning and give it to your UPS driver.
5. Items can be returned when they meet the following conditions:

• Item is unopened, unmarked, and in its originally sealed package.
• Special order items are not returnable.
